I would be crazy to pay MTNL separately for a 4MB mailbox 
. I just have the FREE one with the connection.But in fact, we are paying some amount, maybe 100 bucks a year for 4MB. Because on the MTNL website u can't sign up for a FREE email account. You need to subscribe to their internet service first.
