Mtnl Mumbai Speed problems

From past 2 days im getting speed 0.88 mbps download and 0.68 upload speed im on 1050 dsl plan which is 2 mbps and After FUP its 1 mbps i still have left 15 gb of the usage though m getting low speed is there any prob
plzz any 1 facing the same prob ??

YOU OR ON WHICH DNS SERVER

i am also facing some issue , many times internet gets disconnected but dsl light is always stable, seems there's some serious issue with MTNL servers. Currently i am not able to open many sites like Amazon , flipkart :/

@Smith1212 Have you changed the plan in this month, it yes you may be getting post FUP speed due to plan change proration.

Myself using opendns dns server is it ok ?? if not then what shoud be the stable dns server for mtnl mumbai ?

i live in suburbs n my line is too good
