Hi ,
I am new to this forum but in eed of some help

I currently have a
DSL 502 t mtnl
DIR 615 wireless n router
A macbook running
osx 10.5.2
little snitch
firewall set to accept all connections
799 unlimited mtnl connection
I found this very instructive thread for enabling bittorrents at PORT FORWARDING for D-Link DSL-502T Router, for MTNL users - Digit Forum

I added 192.168.0.136 to my dhcp reserved list on the wireless router set it as the static ip address on my macbook.
But for some reason when I do this it does not let me connect to the internet at all let alone download torrents. Can some one help me out pls

@megatrebuchet.Welcome to Brroadbandforum.inBecause of MAC OS, probably nobody attempted to reply to you. .Anyway I am using XP Pro Sp2 only and will try some suggestions. Try without wireless router . Or connect the RJ45 cable from dsl502T to Wireless router's LAN port.Or enter PF details in DIR615 unit also.try w w w . portforward.com ( no space)

Hi ,thanks forthe quick replies.@essbebeI tried portforwarding . Transmission shows the port as open. Since I wport forwarded both through the router and modem :(I could earlier download this happened right when I switched plans ????@KingpinWhy do you want me to repost ???

members/megatrebuchet/Please remove all your duplicate posts. Same subject two threads. and same mesage twice by you. Simply edit and add deleted. Tariff plan change, should not affect your PF. function.

@Kingpin
Why do you want me to repost ???

what i meant to say was this is a repost and has been reported to the admin....

Anyways as essbebe stated did you try connecting to the net just with your D-Link???

Also we dont know who is making the PPPOE connection..... whether it is your router or your computer or your wireless router.... Kindly give us an idea of your setup and someone will surely help you out from there
