Hello friends ,
from the day i started using MTNL broadband i am continuously facing issues of disconnection, dns related issues, slow speed etc . My telephone line has being checked by Lineman and it is good and stats of line (attenuation rate ) is also good currently its 18.5 so am very much sure its problem with their alcatel server. I did call MTNL to change my port to SOTL but they continuously repeat only one thing " its the line issue get it checked by lineman)
I would highly appreciate if any one could tell me how to change the port
I did visited my exchange but still no luck they still say the same thing line issue
