MTNL screwing Mumbai customers

So what's your final verdict?
Even with the drop in MTNL tariff, this guy is still way cheaper for 256 kbps.

After seeing the setup from the road, I did not have the courage to venture inside especially after being a Sify sufferer for over 3 years from a similarly amateurish setup I had no desire to investigate further.:O. Guess I have to suffer MTNL till something better comes up from this company or any other established company. I have absolutely no desire to become a customer of some amateur.

I agree that would be wise not to touch this guy till there is wider user experience available. In any case I too am a limited download plan user of MTNL and am content with the new plans for now.

i actually called them and spoke on the phone. they asked me who recommended and i mentioned inamdar. so they asked islam inamdar?

"he is a well known customer" is the most charitable conslusion.
i shall not mention other possibilities in the public domain :D

You are right.please see my post "TRIBAND Tariff" dated 26th June 2009.Please write to Minister concerned as suggested in my message.It is time customers started speaking up.
