Since past four weeks my internet speed is down to 0.5 Mbps instead of 2Mbps as per the plan I have taken (1500 rental, 2 Mbps Plan). I have confirmed via Speedtest.net that my next door neighbour is getting proper 2Mbps Speed.
I have called on 1504 from there I was directed to call at 23461221, which is a wrong no(someone picked up a call an said its a wrong no). I called again on 1504 I was directed to call at 12540 From this number operator told me to call on 198. on 198 I have been told to put forward the request for Line fault which I submitted. I called everyone on working hours.
