Hi, I have been complaining to Mtnl regarding the Speed problems. My Downward Datastream used to be 2048. But now its reduced to 1376 and keeps on varying but the upload datastream remains the same. I did complain to Mtnl and asked them to adjust my Downward datastream. They say its already 2048 and can't be adjusted. What do i do? How do i get better speeds? Previously i used to get more than 200 in torrents but now its restricted to 150. I am posting the screenshot. Kindly provide a solution
