MTNL Delhi MTNL Torrent peering

yes i know mtnl is offering 8mbps in 1195 but only upto 20 GB but my monthly usage is 50-60 GB
i have checked both sites for the plans and i have been searching all day for the best brodband but no luck.
i have contacted spectranet nextra tikona siti broadband and almost all of the providers except reliance all say it is not available in my area

should i go for freedom 1295?
it is 2 mbps upto 40 gb

If you can live with 1.7mbps and the said fup, go ahead.

I guess since all DSL traffic is routed through the dslam where port speeds are fixed, it is not possible to deploy high speed peering on ADSL. Might be wrong though.

putting a cat5 cable won;t matter ... it will give u same speed as u get now.
