MTNL Triband Broadband: 949 Unlimited plan in Mumbai?

I heard that Mumbai will soon be getting the 949 totally unlimited plan. Is it any bit true? Has anyone else come across this news? Or is it a hoax?I am fed up waiting for midnight to start my downloads. Speed is not a necessity for me. I think I'll be satisfied with a dedicated 256 kbps line.

Mtnl Mumbai has a clear monopoly in Mumbai market(no one else with extensive underground LL network) ......... whereas in Delhi Airtel is present in 90% of areas. So prices show up accordingly

they shld actually come up with this in Mumbai.Some of the torrents I need are not seeded at night but will it be 2mbps Unlimited or 256kbps Unlimited speeds?
