MTNL Triband: What will be next?

What do you think will be next step for mtnl, will it increase speed between 8-24mps, will it be possible? i am talking about near future. now even 2mbps feels slow.

yes it may go up to 4 mbps in 1 year, 8-24mps forget it, even it goes to 8 the pay could be more than 1500 rs

The next step is for ISPs to provide constant 2 mbps and stop terming 256 kbps as broadband. They also need to realize that their download limits are absolutely ridiculous.

see it doesnt matter whetehr conncetion is 4 or 8 mbpsthe question is will the existing copper wires provide acceptable SNR/ Attenuation rates ??

well mtnl should first fix not charging an entire nights download (4GB) if u disconnect 5minutes after 8am....

our mtnl lines support only max of 8 MBPS...

but D-Link modem says up to 22mbps, and india has been late into broadband so they should havelatest technology., i think they can support more but they dont want that.
