MTNL Delhi MTNL users are you guys able to get ports forwarded?

Hi guys,
are you guys able to get ports forwarded? i think mtnl is blocking ports please tell me if you are able to get your ports forwarded YES/NO? and you location from Mumbai or Delhi.

whatever a try to do this always shows port is closed

u need to have a service ON in ur PC to register a success on that tool.....

Like my utorrent port is 60001...... when I check it in that tool..... it says "Closed"...... but when I have utorrent running on my PC.... the tool says its Open.....

MTNL doesnt seem to block ports AFAIK...... Never faced any port forwarding issues...... My router does forward them dynamically using UPnP or I do it manually in router for some older applications or games.....
