multiple connection renewal problem!

i got two connections of dish tv.parent and child...child one was bought with one year subscription.now the problem is that i have to renew the parent connection but their website shows the option of 425 rupees and not 300 rupees... wtf!
 
No Problem Mr.Sushubh, U can use On Account payment option for paying rs.300 for parent connection.After payment call to CC with ur transaction Id and tell them to update ur package with rs.300.Regards,world_Of_dth
 
heh took me a while to get to the customer care to find this feature.sadly i would have to call them to do it for me from now on :(
 
another option is pay rs.300 online and PM me ur Vc no, as a authorised DISH TV dealer i'll update ur package from my dealer ID :)
 
ooh what if you are fake and u use my vc number for malicious purposes :P
 
Oh man, called up for renewing option ! I didnt have option for Dish Freedom (100Rs) ! for south channel, it is 150 ! As i didnt want Sun Network, i called to their local number ! Never got their toll free so far ! I went thru the interactive menu, entered the VC number.. and after 5 min, i got a person.. I opted for English and that gentle man was talking in Hindi...

First question.. your vc number ? i told my vc number
Name ? told my name.... and told my issue that i am not getting that option ! he said, he will help .. told me to go to internet and select 100 ! (which is not there)

later he asked me "Are you a subscriber" !!

a$$ h-le, he got my vc number, he saw my name, and asked my all details ... and atlast he was asking me that whether i am a subscriber !

I politely screamed and shouted .. I used all the $hit languages i learnt so far... I lost my 18 minutes on my mobile !! Idiot was asking me whether i am a subscriber !!

Do you know, if one knows your vc number or registered mobile, they can get our details and pay the subscription ?

what kind of a website it is ! just go to renew now from Dishtv home page !

Then just enter some VC number.. add 1 or 2 to ur current VC number and see whether you are seeing profile of some other person ! They are not authorised to give our details to public like this !!

now, after manually paying 100Rs online, i tried to called up the toll free number !

by keeping speaker phone, i had my food, washed my plates .. still the same tone 'will be attended soon'............

wtf ! lost the mood too !!
 
Only God can save us from all these hassles. Everything is fine until we face any problem. Once we come across any problem and ask for solution they will give all stupid answers.I know the pain in Customer Service because I worked for Top notch BPO before. There should be a stringent policy in the company about dealing with the customers.If that is missing then customer service people will treat us like a a** hole. Hope one day they will train their people about manners, politeness and the way to treat their customers.
 
Just imagine a CSR asking after everything "are you a subscriber" ? after blasting him, he asked my phone number and email id. that everything is there in my profile. he still needs it ! Annoying is saying the things again and again.. If they are not getting thru Interactive mode, then why they are asking to enter vc number, verifying it and stuffs... and have to say the same to CSR .. then 'Are you a subscriber'. I am lost !
