Mumbai Broadband for MMO Gaming

Title says it all really. I'm on Fivenet but they've been throttling their connection for some reason recently.I'm getting lag spikes going from 140ms to 5kms and then back down again. But it's unfortunately making Star Wars : The Old Republic unplayable in competitive PVP.Which is the best broadband connection to go for? I'm connecting to an EU Server and normally get between 130ms and 145ms.Cheers.

How much would the FUP affect online gaming? I only really download around 3-4 gigs a week if that.Was thinking of going for 80gb.

Cheers, man. Right now the lag is so bad I'm in one spot killing someone and then next thing I know I'm half health and they've been healed.It's even worse because FiveNet's local operator are in complete denial regarding the existence of a problem even.
