This is not to offend you but if this were USA someone would have taken mtnl to court for unethical marketing practices.
grow some b**** and take them to consumer court for ripping you off
256k in delhi is 599 and in mumbai is 2500.there is no justification for charging that much high.but you know what in india users would just rant and type "plz help Thackeray ).
ask mtnl heads why the discrimination and tell them that it is actually unconstitutional for having these marketing strategies as it violates right to equality.
there is no fees in consumer court.just a letter of grievance and some affected consumers and you are done.but this is india where people like gandhi are born once every 1000 yrs.
look at yourself in the mirror.it is you who will make the difference.
