MCD is controlled by BJP. AAP government claims that their website costs Rs. 12 lakhs per year (in the article).

MCD = Most Corrupt Department in Delhi.

They don't even have all the records on their site and its down many times. I don't know why they're paying 12 Crore / year to run this site. I am sure we can live without MCD site.

To book community hall you have to visit their office. only security amount in draft while rent is paid in cash. all rules laid for ease of bribery.
