yup. they are likely to deliver on such a huge promise. and that would work in their favor in delhi. mcd has so many other avenues for generating money that it is insane that they keep on complaining about lack of resources. i personally know of one particular case... the amount of tax collected at border which is never deposited with the government is shocking.
though i am guessing once the bypasses are ready to connect gurgaon with sonepat... the tax collection would reduce massively at the borders so there's that.
