my broadband gets disconnected frequently

i have 500c plan which has night unlimited download but whenever i connect it to net after 2-5 minutes it get's disconnected:@ and more often the DSL link get's off and then reconnects withiin few minutes but the net will be disconnected and i have to reconnect it do you guys have any solution for this.I forgot to say i have given 20 times complaint to those ediots but they don't gave me any solution i use UT300R2U modem provided by BSNL
 
Please post your DSL connections SNR margin and Attenuation numbers which can be found in modem setup pages...Also mention how old is your modem?For me the line was clean (SNR/attenuation numbers were good) but still I was facing disconnections, the BSNL people took their own sweet time but eventually tried replacing the modem and it worked! So for me my 3 yr old Huawei MT800 modem had gone bad...now I have the same model as you...

post snr/attn line speed and mod selected . Note the data /
if it is ADSL2 + uncheck all and keep Gdmt/t413/glite and bitswap enabled..

Your line speed might have gone down and you may get a stable connection.

Idea is to find the FW version and matching/resulting SW version.
( originator for the tip : waterloo_sunset) for me.
 
I am having same problem, and my SNR and Attenuation figures are the usual. Another person in my city is also having this issue. Seems something is wrong with BSNL's infrastructure. Hopefully they'll fix this within a month or two.
