My computer is infected with some kind of virus. Need help

My browser is always automatically redirecting me to some specific websites. I tried formatting but still getting the same problem. I'm 110 percent sure this is caused by malware or some virus because earlier I was not getting this issue. This problem is coming even on non advertising sites like Facebook, Youtube etc Formatting didn't help and Anti-Virus is not detecting it. Installed Malwarebytes Pro Trial and still the issue is there. What should I do next?

I'm only using Chrome right now. Will check with Firefox though. Followed some steps from Google also. Let's see if the problem persists

Are the redirects happening on https URLs too?

Check the extensions. Do you see anything suspicious there?

Check your hosts file to see if there are suspicious entries. Type drivers in run to go to that folder and then goto etc folder, you will find hosts file there.
