My Connection Keeps Getting Disconnected (Syrotech)

Hi I sorta have similar problem describe on this post but I am facing an additional issue. Since a few days, or maybe weeks, my connection is keep getting disconnected. This is specally noticable when on WIFI but it does happen when connected via Lan as well. During these disconnection phases, I can't even access my modem's setting, this makes me think that is this the ONT issue?

Instead of creating a new thread, you could have posted it on the same thread, never mind. Ping your ONT for as long as you observer any network disconnection. If you get time out to your ONT on both LAN and Wi-Fi then there is defiantly a problem with your ONT.
