My signal indicator is always Blue .... Never turns Green

Hi,
I am using Jiofi router to access the Internet. I purchased the device/connection recently.

My signal indicator is always Blue .... Never turns Green

Is this normal ? I am asking this question to people who have experience with Jio 4G.

This is my speed test result.

The blue color means that the signal are weak.
The green color means that the signals are strong.

Try to hunt the best location in your room/house. Try to put it on east / west / north/ south sides . Hope for it to turn green.
The place it is green will be ideal location. But it fluctuates and you need lot of experiments before finalizing the right location.

i did not even notice kbps in the image. i was like 1gbps seems pretty cool.

it's been quite long i have seen a speed test screenshot here that is less than 1mbps

I walked my entire house with the router in my hand. It keeps on changing blue/green, blue/green.
The only place where it stayed on green for the longest time is out of my house, on the street.
It was fluctuating even on the street.

Then you have no choice but to complain to jio either by mail, chat or twitter hope that they'll fix the issue. But that'll take a few months in a best case scenario and the current covid situation has made matters even worseMany have successfully installed a external antenna to JioFi,you can consider that possibility too.

Between SPEED TEST FROM SPEEDTEST.IN & https://www.bandwidthplace.com/ which one do you recommend ?
Which speed test site do you think provides the most accurate results ?

Use Netvelocity or Speedtest.net app for speedtest.
That'll be useful if you decide to file a complaint.

Why not try traimyspeed app?
It got some good features and is doing pretty good works.
I mean,use netvelocity first because it give more metrics and then try this one.
It is more useful if jio does not solve the issue.
Because you should directly use PGPORTAL.
I had same issues, albeit bad network layering which was resolved promptly after complaining in PG portal.
