Then its network congestion for sure , maybe their routers are overloaded ,it will take longer time to rectify itself

I have been facing a similar issue since my plan got changed. Complained to local BSNL, LCO, BSNL corporate. Waiting for a solution

Interestingly all such complains are mostly from deep north and north-east regions, I think @DarkNate was right about current bandwidth capacity of 27 Gbps for NE Region

what 27 Gbps bandwidth capacity ???? i am from Jammu and Kashmir and here all customer from my state/ut are reporting low bandwidth issues. Some says they Have Low Upload Speeds and some have same issue as mine that is Low Download Speeds. As i complaint to B4S solutions about slow speed issue today they said that There is some backend issues and my plan (100 Mbps) hasn't been updated from backend and they asked me to wait for 1-2 days and lets see what i got in the BSNL Pandora Box. I talked to BSNL SDE 3-4 days and he asked me to do speedtest of BSNL only on Selected servers like railtel (delhi), bharti airtel india (delhi) and Act Fiber (Delhi) but speed test results got same for every server God Knows what BSNL Staff don't understand that the problem is from their servers. he takes remote assistance form Anydesk and do speedtest on Google chrome and done a Google speed test on Google chrome.. when did they understand that you are doing google speedtest from google chrome and its obvious you will get fake better speed than i asked him to do same test on Internet Explorer and then result is totally opposite from Google speed test on google chrome. then he said ok we will look into the matter. if u doing google speed test from Google Chrome .... Plz Dont do this !!!

Users of BSNL: Are the BSNL servers on Speedtest only for the BSNL users ? I'm asking because I don't see any BSNL server in the list.

@sid414 I faced issue Friday morning for 2-3 hours with download speed as 0.5Mbps and upload upto 95Mbps and also during the day internet was down for 30-40mins . But towards evening everything worked normal.(location:Jammu)
