My USB to HDD data transfer rate low

Hello, When i try to copy data from USB to HDD it takes a hell lot of time...like: for transferring 600 mb file it usually takes more than 20mins, the larger the file the larger it takes to transfer... Same thing happens from HDD to USB takes a hell lot of time...i have no idea y this is happening

If there are lot of Files and Folders in that file it might take some time otherwise it will transfer it fast, It all depends on your CPU and HDD Speed basically, if it's fast then it will transfer quickly.

USB 1.0, no shit.try inserting pen drives to other USB ports..

well did you test with only one pendrive or different pendrives.?!a pen drive at its end of its life usually has loooong writing speeds!! once test with different pen drives and update!

No those files were single video files... Movie ones

No i tried with several pendrives and External Hdd also.. all them of same... Usb 2.0 has reflects same speed in all the ports available...
