Strange... My Vodafone app is not listed in Store for my Lumia 620!
If I follow the link, it says this app may not be available for my region
Other apps which I mentioned above are listed in store though.

Waited for so long, now when I bought a new Aircel sim, this app is finally available.ICICI is the other app which is long due in WP8
