Why don't you start laying the cable in other cities then? The delay after the mumbai launch can be minimized.

There are numerous reasons for not doing that, a major one I can think of is that it's all about the money.

As much as I'd love to take a few Billion dollars and just go nuts, that isn't currently the reality of the situation, and even if we had it handy, it might not be financially wise to do that anyway. I know, it sucks, but have to govern the project in a responsible manner, rather than being reckless and risking everything more than we already are.

Let us concentrate on getting *something* running *somewhere* and from there we will expand fairly rapidly - we can already apply for the resource consents and such, so pune and goa are pretty much sorted i think, but you can expect to see us rapidly enter places where there is not much competition.

just do not forget gurgaon. hehe :D

Oh damn! That's what was missing from the rollout plan!

^ No you had it in mind all along but someone messed up by spelling it as Goregaon :) so the cable went there.

Hey I believe you. I was just kidding. How can you not know Gurgaon with Sushubh out there? And then we have Amish I think in Goregaon. Both stalwarts in these fora.
BTW, next time you try the Hindi, get the missuss to proof read :) Good try though. Don't try it on the babus in the ministry. They may figure you're making some kind of commitment and hold you to it.
