I m 4rm dubai and ma friend here has a cable system in his blding(only building in the middle east)).. There is 1 guy controllin the blding TV and they get what they want like pay-per-view and pay 220 rs

I went 2 his house n he gets 2 channels i have nt heard abt

NDTV Arabia
NDTV Lumiere !!!!!!!!! ( not heard)

i dont know , but i am think that channels are not available in india

NDTV Lumiere is already available in India...If you have a cable set top box then you will be able to get it.
