need advice in new connection plan

Guys,
I am planning to take new connection from BSNL broadband.
want to know how much it costs total?
which plan is better?
My usage is for video or audio calls with people in abroad.
I feel 800 UL plan is best as even after high speed limt completion we get 512kbps speed.
plz suggest

I use that plan. There will be a bit of buffering in video calls at 512 Mbps. Otherwise it is a good plan.

how much it costs at starting to take a new connection including modem, landline etc
i think audio calls work fine on this speed.
how much will be download speed i think 50kbps right?

planning to buy this modem for my Bsnl connection. In my town that Guy told modem is 1400/- no wifi. I think below one is wifi one
