Need Firmware file for Router RH821GWV (rebranded RicherLink rl821gwv)

@sloj hello, I did stumble upon this website and did flash the firmware that they provided, I was having trouble with some settings on the router and thought changing firmware would solve it. Turns out it is for a different hardware version, as some things broke after I flashed it. Rookie mistake on my part shouldn't have done that.
 
Your model is RH and you flashed RL firmware. Even though it might seem that the device is same based on external design there might be a major hardware change internally. The processor might be a different one. At this point you can ask LCO to change the device and see if they oblige.
 
That is what I was thinking of doing, but I don't think it will work as flashing the wrong firmware was my choice. Lets see.

@rusalt Did you manage to get the latest firmware for RH821GWV-DG? I have the same ONT model and the firmware is too old (V1.0.4).
 
@a.banerjee I have tried my best but to no avail, I even got the LCO to call their support guy. After avoiding the question for some time he said that neither he or the company has access to the firmware and that they will need to contact the manufacturer. He also said that he will update us but no reply to this date.
