!!Need HELP!! ACT LUCKNOW - CGNAT??? How to get IPv4.

Hey!!
I am noob to technology, first of all.
It seems they are providing CGNAT to users in Lucknow.
First Question - Does CGNAT affects a lot in games like PUBGmobile etc.??
Can I get IPV4(or even IPV6) for free from ISP, I don't want Static IP??
What are major noticable differences CGNAT and IPV4 for average user.

I am from vizag and i just checked out of curiosity it seems like they are also providing CGNAT to users in vizag... WTf what should i do?

Earlier they used to provide Public IP to everyone. But recently they have shifted to CG-NAT. Probably because they don't have enough Public IPs.
