Need help in configuring bridge mode

Hi ,

So my Model: RH821GWV-DG is the router given by hathway . So i was able to allow them to activate bridge mode without static ip and they gave id pass etc .But when i try to configure it to my AX 73 TP-Link router no matter what its not getting internet so kindly requesting your assistance. You be masking the VLAN ID in the settings but the name gives it away, it's 611
Plus there's nothing personal about VLAN ID so chill.
Also, as they've tagged VLAN ID in the bridge profile itself, did you try without putting VLAN ID in the AX73?

Ya its a force of habit lol , like an urge ..but anyways on the AX 73 yes when setting up it asks for type of connection i put ppoe and the username and pass given by hathway and finish setup bit no internet.

Even tried on dynamic profile also.
Let me know if ax 73 setup pages needed
