Need help in connecting to home IP

I set up a dynamic DNS service like 123example.no-ip.com

And the IP is updated always by my router's ddns setting.

but when I access my home IP directly or via my ddns URL, its not connecting.

I've setup some IOT stuff on 192.168.0.123 and I am not able to access it remotely.

Can someone please show some light ...........

I am not sure what do you mean when you say "its not connecting."

I believe for you to access your service from the internet:
1. Your ISP must not have put you behind a NAT or they will have to forward a port for you.
2. You must forward a port in your router's config
