Need help on folder sharing via router

Hello Guys,new to forum, joined today.recently bought wireless router Linksys WRT320N. (I am using airtel BB).I am able to connect to internet. But i am not able to share my files via wireless to other computer which is using same wireless connection.I used to do file sharing so easily with my previous connection by using ZyXEL router.why i am unable to do it now?Any settings to be done to do file sharing? both laptops are on same OS(vista).Thanks In Advance.
