Need Help Regarding billing cycle of airtel fibre

Does anyone has any idea if the billing cycle of airtel fibre starts from
1.) the day of booking or
2.) from the day the connection gets activated

If its 1 then i have a big problem i booked airtel fibre connection on 1st September but due to some technical problem in my area it still has not been activated, they are saying in a day or 2 it will go online
So do i miss a whole month of my 6 months subscription

Please help

tenure will be start from activation date not from application date

Thank you, i am bit confused because one of my friend also applied for the connection and his booking date was 20th September, his connection got activated on 25th September and his renewal date in airtel thanx app is 24rd oct.
