Reverse Tethering. Dunno if your phone is supported or not, or even if the project is active currently.

Anyway read about reverse Tethering.

My colleague has XOLO phone which when connected to PC through USB cable is connected to internet through PC. He is able to browse internet, download/update apps. But for that XOLO has some feature in their HIVE UI. Not sure which other phones support such feature.
