Need Help Urgently

I exchanged my wired modem with my friend's new wireless modem(UTStarcom WA3002G4).

The wireless worked for only one day,and from day 2 onwards i am unable to get wireless access neither to my desktop(Netgear WG311 Adapter) nor to my Mobile(Nokia E51 Wi-Fi).

I tried reset my modem and also reset my mobile.
Nothing worked for me.

Every time i get error
"No Gateway Reply"
Default Gateway shows empty in modem config.

What can i do to get wireless access?
Can i RMA my Modem?If yes then how?

Ensure your computer connects to Internet
in both LAN mode and WiFi mode.
Your phone should show the wifi name
you had entered in WA 3002-g4

Start RUN type cmd OK
New Window opens
type ipconfig /all

yeah my phone shows Wi-Fi name and also says its connected.
but unable to browse.
it says no gateway reply.and i see no gateway configured in modem.

Please give the info asked for.Try WiFi without security code.check other links for instructions withscreen shots.Ensure you connect to Internet in LAN mode. Required for testing /fault finding.Assuming you are computer"savvy" and do not want to give basic instructions.Are you using the Netgear screen Channel 6 0r 11 will be selectedor Windows wireless Zero Installation screen ?

I am able to connect my PC through LAN.
My Wi-Fi is not in secure mode.
I have no problem connecting my neighbors Lynksys access point.
The problem is with my modem only.

Reset your router and then reconfigure it.

Actually our JE suggested to keep in Bridging mode and not PPPOE mode.
So i made it as suggested.
Now i tried with the setting shown in the tutorial.
To my surprise,the wireless stated working.
But the bad thing is wired LAN connection stopped working.
Doesn't they work both at same time.

Disable IPV6 in LAN/WLAN
in network settings pages.
Check obtain IP address automatically.

Both LAN and WiFi cannot be
used at the same time in SAME
icomputer. You have to enable one of them
in Network/ Show all connections page.

Repost ipconfig all data for
both ethernet and WiFi connection in "Always ON" mode.

if you use bridge mode, you will get Internet access either in your PC or your mobile but not both. if you want to access from both at the same time then you have to use pppoe mode.

Now i am in PPPOE mode.
I am connected to my PC and Mobile through Wi-Fi.
But wired connection is not working even after many attempts.
Every time i get error 651.
