Need help! Which lang to learn?

I have some free time and wanted to learn a language (preferably french or german).Please suggest me a language which would help me stand out in the masses (of IT people our country is generating). Would french help or german or some other language!? and suggest a good institute to learn it from! (Delhi - preferably South Delhi)Thanks.ps: no jokes please! (until i have received some good suggestions!)update: no computer languages please!!!!

i thought computer language C is the best...as for languages... i think spanish is a hot language to learn.it is the language targeted by internet companies after english...

if you wanna learn try french first then spanish.if you have absolutely no work and want to do timepass try chinese. will get you busy for quite some time.
