Need help with Airtel service for wifi home network

hi guys i have a strange problem i am using airtel broadband 2 mbps connection 777 package. when i connect my laptop on lan/direct nic it is connected right away but as soon as i go tru my Netgear wifi router or thru anther hub or switch i can not access the net that wan port (ppppoe) dialup thing keeps dialing in a loop. pls help i use netgear wgr614 router Nokia siemens c2110 adsl modem and the setup was working on bsnl but it is no go here.....thanks:huh:

ok.. you need to consider this either with a hub( or switch ) or router.. as if it was with a router , you would need to make a few changes .. but if its with a hub ( or switch) it should work.. post output of ipconfig from the command prompt when connected via hub

when i connect my laptop on lan/direct nic it is connected right away
1. For Testing :
Try connecting RJ45 from modem
( Beetel 22BX1 ??) to Lan1 of Netgear.
Then check WIFI operation.

thanks for the help and i will try your suggestions .... as things stand out today if i go direct from the nic to adsl modem it connects to net but if i run adsl cable to router and connect thru port 1 of router it does not work and same holds tru for the wifi ... i can access the router os and connect to my home network though....will post ipconfig reports too thanks.:huh:
