Need help with BSNL Broadband

hi there,am frm chennai. i have a unlimited plan with bsnl and have opted for an yearly payment option. the thing is recently i am facing connection problems quite frequently. even though the connnection gets connected no site loads. and if i check the status windows the sent and received bytes dont change and they remian constant. i can connect and authenticate myself but therefater no site loads and as told earlier when i check the status window the sent and received bytes remain constant. and from yesterday onwards my phone line goes dead and suddnely it come back and then again it goes dead. any suggestions?:huh::huh::huh:

phone line dead? then the problem is wid the line (the wires)
