Hi, i live in village and got the jio airfiber but jio blocks most of the sites. It is not reliable so waiting for Xstream fiber but is not in my home route but available under 500m in different road route. How can we request to make it available?I had local fiber but i had to leave them after some arguments.
As other suggested, getting basic plan with static ip is best. Is it still working?
I have TP-Link onu and routers but as airtel have their own inbuilt GPON router, can we use different one? Can we use giagbit router with sfp xpon? Is it legal? Not want to break things but want improved connection and speed for Openmediavault and truenas server.
If you can suggest a budget setup for networking as we have 4-5 desktops.
