Need info about BSNL EVDO

Does anyone from Bangalore own a BSNL EVDO,my Reliance CDMA is going to shut down soon,and I need a connection for wireless internet.
I tried to visit a couple of exchanges but they don't seem to have any idea about it.
Does anyone know any Bangalore offices which give out CDMA SIMs ??

I do not hear much talk about BSNL EvDO these days. Like other CDMA, could be that they got discontinued. Even earlier, there were not many towers that had EvDO support. Why not use BSNL GSM in a data card ?
