need solution for my wire less broadband from Hathway

hi All,
I recently took wireless broadband services from Hathway. they have given their own router and modem.
my connection gets disconnect every now and then. can anybody help me why this is happening.
I tried to contact Hathway people..their customer care just have one solution ..swith-off and switch-on the router again.
Can anybody help??
