@Shubham if all your modem status lights are normal and after logging into modem you see nothing out of order (IP address is assigned) then maybe some issue in OLT/server at your telephone exchange, try calling your exchange/LCO to see if something is going on.

Strange issue since yesterday 10:30 PM, whenever i restart my ONT, i get logged in with different usernames when i check in usage. see the screenshot, both were not my username. Anybody also checked this???

I am on 675 ADSL Plan and probably I have the same problem, I am getting very low speed and frequent disconnection (though Modem shows as connected to internet), though the link http://172.30.3.130:9090/SSSS_Servlet?key1=usage&exceed=usage has worked just one time in last 48 hours but I saw that I am logged in with someone else's account.
I can't understand how is it even possible?
Has your problem been solved?

@vishalrao I called BSNL guy yesterday and apparently server is down. It's been down since Thursday evening and the broadband isn't still working 😂

And here I was thinking to replace my DTH with streaming services

yeah thats the major reason why im still stuck with Tata Sky - cant rely on internet services for streaming TV still today.

Tata Sky has been most reliable for last 10-11 years for me.

@vishalrao Should I ditch BSNL ADSL in favour of BSNL FTTH? I hanged on to ADSL because it was reliable and rarely face any down time but apparently it's not even that reliable anymore.

Do you face any significant downtime on FTTH?
