Need suggestion about EVDO Modem

I'm looking to get Net Connect or BSNL EVDO,and I've been looking over the internet to get some offers on modems,saw some used modems but they don't support BSNL :/
Can I get some suggestions and offer links ??
Don't want to go for the locked ones..

I'm thinking to get a OMH SIM,this seems to be a big hassle right now..
No cheap modems available that I can rely on[emoji14]
Since we are on this topic..I wanted to know if we can use netconnect + plans on a SIM that I bought ??

I think not possible unless Reliance store can do some magic. Reminds me their sim plans are better and got voice too so any specific plan u looking 4 ?

Indeed. As @igloo points out, the SIM based plans are much better, and even have unlimited data.

What do you mean by SIM based plans? Can you please explain? Can I buy one for ZTE AC2766?

But I was wondering,if the UL data was based on EVDO or just the regular CDMA 2000 :/
Because the plans aren't listed under EVDO or there's no mention about the speeds..
And what plans are you guys talking about ,I couldn't see any UL plans for Postpaid/prepaid.. :O
And yes I do want the UL one..
