Need Suggestion for Conn @ Sadashiv Peth, Pune

Hello all,
I am in need of a broadband connection on my laptop with in built modem.
I stay in Sadashiv Peth, Pune off Tilak road. Can anyone suggest me internet providers for:
Unlimited usage (night plan would do)
Min 128 kbps surf speed
Good connectivity even in upcoming rainy season

I would appreciate it, if you tell me the tariffs and installation charges also.
BSNL is already out as needs me to have a phone conn prior.

Nope. BSNL won't do, I don't have a landline phone line. Reliance and You are out. Neone else ?

If at all I decide to go for , god forbid, BSNL, how much time will they take to provide the connection to go online ?

Depends. Usually it takes anything from 3 days to 3 months. Most of the people get it within 2 weeks. If your area is not covered by Airtel, the 2nd best option is BSNL. I say - Go for it!
