Need to connect 2 diff internet conn on 1 pc

I am using wifi for isp 1 and dsl for isp 2.I did some research and i found that it is really difficult to do this.It is known as load balancing.Is their anyway to pool these 2 connection to increase my bandwidth.also i have fixed ip add for isp 2 and cannot change it.ps: what does "bridge connection" means?

i wouldn't say no for an answer,
but yes it is tough
it is very easy if you got both connection of same types ie. identical
wingate does the job easily
