Are you referring to Reliance Digital Store and iWorld? They are NOT Apple stores. They are Apple "authorized" resellers. BIG difference.

I am referring to stores which sell only Apple products. ONLY Apple. The board reads Apple Store on the outside. And every product there is sold at the price quoted by Apple, nothing less. I don't know whether they are run by Apple though.

OK I just checked their [Apple] website. Turns out that what I was thinking to be an Apple Store is actually Reliance's iStore. They are labelled 'Premium Resellers'. Might have been misled by the lack of any other logo on the board.

any idea where to get iPad in Delhi?iPad will come to US in April 3 and Europe in last week of April.Any place in Delhi to get iPad at reasonable rates through "unofficial" channels?I doubt iPad will become available in India "Officially" any time soon.

Gaffar Market or Palika Bazar are the places where u can find Apple iPad before its official launch in india. Even Nehru Place can be searched too once its launched in US. But i m not sure if u can get a boxed pack piece.Check before u buy.

Repairs:

This is probably the only shop in NP with honest and competent repair guys. Got a PSU and graphics card fixed for 125 and 250 bucks respectively which i thought was pretty reasonable. Been over a year and both are functioning fine. And if you pester them a lil, they can be pretty speedy. Took under an hour to fix the power supply and 4-5 hrs for the agp card.

Never go to Computer Solution.. i went get fix my laptop (display issue due to moisture) and they broke (now it dosent detect harddisk and dvd drive) it. they kept making excuses for 15 days. now i am stuck with dead harddisk.
