i think its depend upon where your are living means the area where the ISP giving a service,there are many issue while you are considering the ISP like coverage,customer service,speed etcif you are in urban area there cable net ,broadband working nice like Airtel,MTNL,BSNL Broadband ,five net ,hathway cablenet..and rural you hardly find any ISP like BSNL BBso all ISP are nice but depending on area you can decide which is best...if there is competition all are giving there best but if there is monopoly they hardly bother

Agree .. For me MTNL is great coz of promised speed , less downtime ( not even a single time from 2 months ) , no over-charged bills and bad coz Customer Support may be pathetic , thanks to MTNL babus and aunties
