Adjournment motion is generally when parliament is supposed to discuss something as per schedule but there is urgency in discussing something else for public interest.

So current discussion is adjourned and urgent matter is discussed first!

lol. good luck to junior gandhi. i hope he at least understands what network neutrality is before diving into the parliament to discuss it with other people who probably have no idea what internet is.

Its good that he knows title of the issue! (actually knows/resolves it or not is again a different matter)

But I wonder if it is so important that it required a notice of adjournment motion.

A Parliamentary Committee will discuss the controversial issue of net neutrality tomorrow at a meeting where officials of telecom companies are expected to present their views.

Finally govt in favor of net Neutrality. Now they are just finding good defination for it to say.
Defination will be having loopholes to be used exclusively by AVOID group like unlimited plans.
