Netgear dg845 link adsl link problem on bsnl broadband

I have Netgear dg845 wirless adls modem. There is always link problem with bsnl broadband but no link problem with bettel modem . How can i solve it

connect a telephone to the telephone line which connects to your modem.. do you hear a dial tone?

Presume you connect to internet
(a) Bsnl ISP Beetel 220BX modem LAN/ethernet port OK
Disconnect (a)
(b) BSNL ISP DG835 modem/router LAN/ethernet port _ Not working
(c)-----do------------------------------WIFI mode () Not working.
Check VPI/VCI is 0 and 35 in Netgear unit.
Para two :1. Please post screen shot Device status/ connection statuspage of Netgear
2. confirm DG835 is AdslModem+wireless router. ( No separate splitter required)
