Netgear WGR614 with Telenet TNDSL 2120

Hi,I'm a new Tata Indicom user. I got my connection up & working yesterday. I subscribe to the Infinity 128 plan. The router that Tata Indicom has given me is a Telenet TNDSL 2120. I want to configure my Netgear WGR 614 wireless router to work with same. Kindly give me detailed instructions. Thanks in advance.RegardsParikshit

Hi there,Thanks for your reply.I too had a BSNL connection till a few days back & I was using the Netgear Wireless router with Huawei SmartAX modem flawlessly. The Tata Indicom has got me thinking though & inspite of having spent a lot of hours on it over the last week-end I;ve not been able to get it up & working with the Netgear thing.Would appreciate it if some one using a Telenet Modem (the one that Indicom ppl supply) with a Netgear Wireless Router helps me out with this.ThanksParikshit

1.Connect RJ45 to LAN port of Netgear instead of Internet port .
2.Telenet TNDSL 2120. please post device info page. ( nothing special about this modem I remember )
If you have worked with BSNL , only change to make in the modem WAN page is Tatindicom VPI/VCI Your user Id and password., and you seem to be using the modem OK.
Enable DHCP etc. Some Ip problem.
Para two : with both units connected
start/run/ type cmd type ipconfig/all
post details here.

Did you surrender the MT882 ? If you had used it for more than a year the price for outright purchase will be reduced by 50% of the rent paid by you . !l ( say full cost Rs 1200 less Rs 360 ( one year)=Rs 840=)

UPdate : references : I have the manual for 2120 I think will search and check not deleted. I sent email to company long back and said need Manual for IBF. Modem same as beetel 220 Bx.
