I got banned!
Can anyone suggest me what will be better:
I am currently on Xpress+ 749 plan which gives me 2 mbps till 16 GB and 1 mbps after that for 749.
In new plans there is plan which gives 2 mbps till 25 GB and 512 kbps after that for 800.
What should I do, my usage for last 3 months has been less than 30 GB. Should I change the plan and remain on the old one.
Please give your thoughts/

Prathamesh, I would suggest you to remain on on your current Xpress+ 749 plan. As 512 Kbps will be too slow for that last 5 GB download on BB-800-2M.
Else you could go in for BB-1000-2M wherein you get 50 GB @ 2 Mbps.
Else you could go in for BB-1000-2M wherein you get 50 GB @ 2 Mbps.

Thanks Rohan, I was really confused, but have decided to stay on Xpress+ 749. I don't want spend more, I have enough issues already(disconnection atleast 10 times a day), it will be a waste to pay more to mtnl.
These plans are such a disappointment and regression from MTNL. I guess, we have not made much progress in last 3-4 years.
If anyone has not caught on this, MTNL is selling higher upload speed. Now we realize why Upload speeds were reduced. May they loose more customer over this wicked scheme.

God sakes, this is just plain internet which is supposed to be a dumb pipe. They should not make it into In-App-Purchases style Pay to win game.

so they cut speeds to gouge more money! wtf !! lol i never noticed this fine print. i am just glad to be on vdsl. atleast we get 1.5mbps. this is going to be like one of those racing games. want a new car? purchase in app. want mods? purchase. turbo boost? 
landline n broadband is where their revenues come from. squeezing the hen is not a good idea.
i am really hoping tht reliance utraband thing is available in our area. I do know jio has put in a fibre line from the station onwards.

I changed my plan to BB-1500-10mb , the mtnl self care portal shows the plan has changed but speedtest.net shows download speed of 1.8mbps only. What should i do?
